If you haven't noticed over the last couple of years, cars have become expensive. They have outpaced the salary increases throughout the country. Yet, dealerships have had no problem increasing their additional costs at pure profit. 

The proposal would be to completely eliminate the mark up on vehicles to prevent price gouging.
