As many of us already know, The Family Courts time management in regards to a C100 application is far to long and can take years to reach a decision. In that time innocent children are being alienated from a parent and in far to many cases unjustly. This  causes unnecessary suffering to both child(ren) and parent. The detrimental effect it has on all involved is irreversible. Having lengthy adjournments between each hearing is unnecessary. Other Family Court matters such as a non molestation is dealt with and concluded within 72 hours of the court receiving the application. Therefore why can’t C100 applications be processed just as fast.
