The current music emojis are terrible- they are very limited and don't include many important instruments!

This has got to change! You may question why this is important. Well, in an age of growth, we MUST fight instrument inequality! Having an imbalance in representation only leads to some instruments (you know who you are...) bragging and saying their instruments are superior.

As well as this, not having the right emoji means that instead of showing off your instrument, you must resort to using a music note or microphone emoji to show what you are doing. New instrument emojis would be used frequently by musicians all over the world.

Of course not all instruments can be made- we're not asking for this-we know  there are simply too many and some look too similar- however, at least the most common ones can be represented! In 2023, instead of focusing on important things, like instruments, we were given 3 more heart emojis and a shaking face (who even uses this?) . Next time, we'd love something slightly more useful, please. (Hint, hint).

List of demands: 

1) Keyboard: A better piano (upright)

2) Woodwinds: A clarinet and a flute

3) Strings: A cello and a double bass

4) Brass: And last but not least, a Trombone and French Horn! 

5) (And if we're feeling lucky, we'd love to have a few famous composers represented as emojis, like Mozart, Beethoven or Bach)

(sorry to all the instruments not on this list, but some things aren't possible on an emoji scope)
