In Quarter 2 Someone accidentally took it and gave it to tech team, then somehow tech team misplaced it and lost it forever. MCPS, in turn, decided that it was that someone’s fault as they had it last. This is not true though, as a tech team member was given the iPad and then they lost it. This is tech team’s fault, not the student’s.

MCPS is charging the student and Allen with $440 USD combined, and this is what we are looking to change. MCPS should pay this amount, not the students, because MCPS lost the iPad.
