Simply put, it is quite easy to intentionally make a viable/healthy person appear to be "brain dead" (by maliciously hyperventilating them into cerebral hypoxia/motionlessness, even when the patient has a functional lung capacity of less than 10%).

The victim is already unable to speak (or more likely scream), due to the ventilator tube's bypassing of the vocal cords.

This travesty has been perpetrated on the American people, since 1963.

WE THE PEOPLE ask that Robert F Kennedy Junior stop this practice (and all other medical malfeasance), whether as President Of The United States, or as the genuinely decent attorney that he is.

WE believe that the best way to accomplish this is to eliminate the destruction of any and all medical records (at any time, for any reason), forever and ever (till the end of time).

Furthermore, WE ask that all medical records be immediately made available  (electronically/digitally) to family members, free of charge.

If the HIPAA Act Of 1996 needs to protect privacy, then there are other ways of doing that (other than sealing/destroying medical evidence).

THE RIGHT TO LIFE is paramount, and the right to destroy medical evidence (per medical records) is not consistant  with the CONSTITUTION (per this right).
