Jersey City has a strong bike culture.  I’ve been a resident for over 10 years and spent much of that time biking down Newark Ave to commute to NYC.  It's an unfair burden on cyclists to be penalized for wanting a fast and direct route to the path train at grove street.

this petition is to allow bicycles in the pedestrian plaza and do away with ticketing.

the plaza is wide enough to allow for a bike lane.  Lets make this a reality.
