Hello, my name is Hannah and I live next door to Blackhawk Middle School. We have had two students within the past 4 months get hit by vehicles at the intersection of State St. and Busche Dr. and little has been done to make this intersection safer. I believe that by adding a 4 way stop at this intersection, we can slow traffic and make sure these kids are getting to and from school safely while also making the intersection safer for vehicles. I plan to speak at a City Council Meeting on April 12th in addition to this petition.
