September 11th is a day in the history of our country that should never be forgotten. It is especially significant to the people of New York since so many of the victims lived and worked here. It has always bothered me that we do not honor the victims with an official day of remembrance. As we approach the 21st anniversary of the attacks, let's ban together and tell our officials to make it a state holiday. This could be the first step into making it a national holiday which would truly honor the innocent victims of this terrorist attack.
