End the Failed Experiment of a One Game Wild Card Playoff

Baseball fans devote 6 months of our lives to the season. If, at the end of those 6 months, your team was not good enough, you can always hope for next season. But baseball is not meant for sudden death. It cheats the fans who spent half of a year of their lives attached to their teams only to have it taken away in three hours. You've already alienated Atlanta, Texas, and good baseball fans. This is to show that the professional sports leagues can't make unilateral decisions against the will of the fans. Don't do the 2012 thing of doubling down on a bad decision. There is nothing wrong with admitting an experiment did not work, a la the 9 game World Series.
