Class of 2019 wants handshakes at graduation. Taking this away from us is beyond unfair. Some people even agree that it would make their anxiety worse by having to walk up alone. Our class should not be affected based on another class, like we were by the removal of the Senior Lounge. Things like the graduation handshake and Senior Lounge made us feel special and honored. As for people feeling left out, people who do not have someone to walk with or chose not to can walk by themselves after partners go up and do their handshake. To save time, numerous pairs can go up and do their handshake at the same time. Taking away the handshake along with a variety of other things has made us seniors feel less special. It is unfair and other things can be done instead of the actions taken.
