Bletchingley Farm industrial estate is home to 6 businesses in the Staplehurst area. Currently there is planning permission being placed so that new houses can be built on site, meaning that all businesses will have to leave and relocate. For the last 21 years, when the first business was established on site, it has been home to the restoration of classic buses and cars, some of which are under storage on site and will desperately need relocating if planning to build houses goes ahead. Also on site includes an thriving MOT garage, and a radiator specialist, both of which are succeeding well and wish to continue onwards at Bletchingley farm. The loss of the businesses here will have a large impact on the local community, whom many of the local residents use the services provided at Bletchingley on a regular basis. In order to try our best to save what we see as our home, we need your help by simply signing our petition to try and persuade the planning to go no further.
The businesses on site include:
The South East Bus and Mini Centre
JVS Body Shop
