With the MHT-CET 2021 exam for degree college entrance approaching (In September 2021), these are the points which are perturbing the students and would need help for :-
- Students are facing a shortage of time in the MHT-CET exam, given the fact that this year students had to move online and resort to video lectures for their studies and had limited resources for practicing any mock papers, they are facing a shortage of time to complete their papers.
- Even an increase of 15-30 minutes in the duration of the exam (Particularly, for Physics and Chemistry) could help the students to complete the paper on time, as it was decided by the HSC board before they decided to finally cancel the board exams.
- Considering the fact that students face a lot of psychological and emotional distress in these tough times, it is fallacious to expect so much from them while they are loosing people they know. Even adults are unable to cope up with their mental health issues in these unprecedented times, we palpably cannot expect teenagers to outperform their abilities in such times.
Therefore, it is a request from all the students that this matter be looked into and solved prudently by the respected concerning authority.
This is indeed a matter of great concern for all the students appearing for the exam and the ones who sign this petition would hereby agree that time duration for Physics and Chemistry should be increased by 15-30 minutes.
