The dress code is out of hand, it’s time us girls are heard. We shouldn’t be Sexualize anymore. Mbmc (My body my choice). We can dress ourselves, we should be able to wear what we feel comfortable in. No more Slut Shaming. This has got to stop. A piece of fabric is not a distraction, I cannot change my body for you and even if i could i would never. Boys need to learn to keep it in there pants and Male teachers need to learn to keep there eyes to them selfs. It’s not just bates-burgs dress code, it’s many other schools like Gilbert, Pelion, Beach wood and lexington, air port, and so on.  So hear us out lexington district 1 and 3. WE WILL FIGHT AND WE WILL BE HEARD. Who cares if my bra strap is showing, who cares if there’s holes in my jeans, who cares that my stomach is out. School is for learning and for educational purposes only, not to sexualizes girls and boy's. TEACH BOYS TO FOCUS ON THERE EDUCATION not girls to COVER Up. When you judge us girls by our appearance it doesn't define us, it defines YOU. Our EDUCATION is worth more than our bra straps, so you're telling me a strip of fabric is more important than class time? How is it fair that I'm comfortable with MY body but the school isn’t?
