Designate The Muslim Brotherhood A Foreign Terrorist Organization
First Petition Initiated June, 2017, Resubmitted to Congress, January 02, 2019

Whereas, National Security is a Constitutional responsibility and sworn duty to be upheld by the President, Congress, Military, Dept. of Homeland Security, Central Intelligence Agency, National Security Agency, National Security Council, as well as local, state and federal law enforcement agencies of the United States in order to guard our nation against all enemies, foreign and domestic;

Whereas, we, the undersigned citizens of America, call upon the President and every member of Congress to acknowledge that the covenant goal of the Muslim Brotherhood admittedly and clearly identifies itself as both a foreign and domestic enemy, thus, inciting a clear and present danger to our national security and the future of America by the very nature of its publicly stated mission which proclaims, “The process of settlement is a ‘Civilization-Jihadist Process’ with all the word means. The Ikhwan must understand that their work in America is a kind of grand jihad in eliminating and destroying the Western civilization from within and ’sabotaging’ its miserable house by their hands and the hands of the believers so that it is eliminated and God’s religion is made victorious over all other religions.” ;

Whereas,  it is a documented and well known fact by American and European Intelligence and Counter-Terrorism Agencies that the Muslim Brotherhood is a worldwide Islamist organization founded in Egypt in 1928 by Hassan al-Banna and that its determined goal is to implement a totalitarian form of governance on a global scale by undermining the law of the land of host countries through "civilization jihad" and acts of terror in order to reach that goal;

Whereas, newly arrived immigrants from the Middle East  have come to America as refugees seeking freedom and to escape the oppression of the totalitarian ideology that the Muslim Brotherhood imposes within those Islamic nations from where they fled;

Whereas, pursuant to the cited mission statement of the Muslim Brotherhood, this petition is an immediate concern for the national security of all citizens and immigrants living in America, who are lawfully granted individual freedom and the protection of their human rights afforded by the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights;

Whereas, (S.68) and (H.R. 377) cited as the Muslim Brotherhood Terrorist Designation Act of 2017 were ignored in the 115th Session, this Petition is hereby re-submitted to the 116th Session of Congress as a continuance of the concern and vital need to designate the Muslim Brotherhood a Foreign Terror Organization and recognize that said organization dangerously threatens the national security of the United States of America and future sovereignty of our nation..

Now, Therefore:

As a concerned citizen, I hereby join all other concerned citizens from each state in the Union in calling upon our duly elected officials in 116th U.S. Congress to exercise due diligence and unanimously designate the Muslim Brotherhood as a Terror Organization and to further instruct the State Department and the United States Department of Justice that said designation and reasons cited within the Act shall take effect immediately upon the signature of Donald J. Trump, President of the United States.
