Hi all I'm trying to start a petition to get justice for my son which was tragically taken from us December 2018, due to the defendant being charged with causing death by negligent driving, she has been found guilty of the offence and given 3 months suspended jail term, during the time waiting for the trial she had been charged 3 more times with driving with narcotics in her system, earlier this week she committed the same offence driving unlicensed and drugs in her system and once again given bail by the magistrate Court, I know there isn't much I can do but would like you to consider signing the position so other family don't have to go through what my family has, I'm really hoping this can change the decision the magistrate hands out their sentence.
