For the past three years I have been a loyal patron of Lyndon Diner on Kenneth Road in York, Pennsylvania.  This diner has excellent food, an outstanding staff, and a comfortable atmosphere.  

And for three years my order has not varied much:  A six (6) egg white omelette with Swiss cheese, onions, mushrooms, and turkey sausage, served with a cup of fresh fruit.  

Each visit the price of my order varies as it is not an established menu option.  It does not escape me that the Lyndon staff has done an incredible service by accommodating my special meal requests, and I am in no way contesting the minor fluctuations in price.  However, as a convenience for the wonderful servers who end up being forced to perform a unique style of mathematical kung fu in order to arrive at a figure to charge me for my meal, I think adding this healthy option as a legitimate menu item may offer them some relief.  

I have been engaged in preliminary negotiations with a few of the servers in an attempt to advance my idea. Unfortunately, I've been unable to speak to Mr. Lyndon directly as he's successfully evaded me so far.  As for the servers, they don't seem to know if my request is sincere, or simply the ramblings of an unstable customer.  I hope this petition eliminates any doubts.

In addition to this meal being added to the diner's menu, I feel a catchy name for the dish will elicit excitement for those unfamiliar with the health benefits of albumin.  I suggest "The Signore Special Omelette" for consideration.  

At fifty-two years old I don't have much of a legacy to speak of, so this may be my last opportunity to contribute to my fellow man in any meaningful way, while also ensuring the Signore name endures.
