Some of us don’t like the food, some of us can’t eat the school food, and most of us are wasting money on food we don’t eat. If you have a food plan at your college according to the Kentucky laws you cannot be approved for food stamps. Therefore we are paying for food we don’t necessarily want instead of receiving food stamps for food that we do want. We love everything that cafeteria workers do, and appreciate them, many students enjoy the food. But we think a food plan shouldn’t be required, but instead a option.
