The Coronavirus is affecting many people throughout the world right now, and it is much more deadly than the common influenza virus. Numerous cases of the Coronavirus have appeared in LA county, and it is becoming a threat to students in the Las Virgenes Unified School District. Many students commute from LA county to these schools, and it is dangerous for these thousands of kids to be in close contact with each other during this period of uncertainty. As a student, I feel unsafe at school, which should never happen in a good district. 
UPDATE: I have just gotten information that LVUSD already has a program in place IN THE CASE we have to go online. It is called distance learning and we may be learning through google meets and google classroom. Prepare your internet and computer at home to prepare. Let’s show the district that we support their decisions!
