Lufthansa airline must update their first point of contact for customers at check in in Egypt. I have been refused to travel back home via Germany where Haitian passport holders are transit visa free!! I have a 3 year old daughter that awaits me at home and my wife wa counting on me to land a job in turkey. After 90 days in turkey I didn’t not find a productive job and awaited my cousin to book a ticket home. I left 24hrs late and was banned from turkey. The border force didn’t mention that I could pay for the fine at airport and thought I would go to Egypt and pay on return. This has not been possible while In Egypt. I have since tried to get back to turkey but on arrival to istabu was sent back to Egypt. This is chasing mental anxiety and so I want to return home via Dominican Republic before my Dr visa expires on 23/1/23 I also applied for uk visa transit but requires change of airport which may not be allowed. Please help sign this petition for Lufthansa airline to understand that confirming via a telephone conversations not enough for their colleague in Egypt to understand that as a Haitian passport holder am allowed to travel visa free via Germany in order to get home
