48 hours to help 10 year old girl stop developers removing her local landmark

The Angel Wings have been a local landmark of the Angel of Islington for 15 years and developers plan to remove them without fully consulting with local people. I am ten years old and I have started a petition to try and stop the Wings from being scrapped. They are beautiful and have been in Islington all my life and are a part of Angel - they are what make Angel, Angel. Please help me show Islington Council that public art should be protected and should not be scrapped because new developers want it to be. It should be for the local people of Angel to decide what happens to their local landmark and their public art. I have spoken to nearly 500 local people (more than 10 times the number which the developer bothered to speak to) and they ALL want the Wings to stay. The developer's money should be spent on local charities and not on commissioning more art which will just be removed when the next developer comes along. Please help me get the Wings listed by Islington Council so that they can be saved from the developer's bulldozers. Thank you. Olivia (age 10)
