We are seeing increasing bills, errors and we the people, citizens of Lubbock are most often than not stuck paying the ungodly prices .. time to change this! Let us show the city of Lubbock we are serious in their price gouging and will do what it takes to stop this.  This petition share with your family/friends .. when we get enough .. we will take this to our city council.  We will not stop .. let us become our city councils "thorn in their sides" UNTIL we see positive changes!
