the problem is that barely anyone is 50% hawaiian, and the people who are less than 50% are still hawaiian. its like we are treated less, and we deserve just as much land as the people who are 50%, and us congress men and women need to understand that each year that number of 50% hawaiians is getting lower and lower, so the requirements should be lowered as well
