This week Danny and Jeremy, a gay couple, went to the Riverside Lowe's store and were insulted and threatened by two employees in front of their 14 year old son. While attempting to return a leaf blower, an employee began to curse and yell expletives. They were called a "faggot" by two employees and threatened by one employee that he would look up their address in the computer and attack them. Store management had to physically restrain the employees. This conduct is unacceptable and Lowe's must take immediate action towards their anti-gay employees!

We demand that Lowe's Home Improvement immediately fire the offending employees. We also demand that Lowe's immediately provide customer service and diversity/sensitivity training to all employees. We demand a public acknowledgment that anti-gay bullying is unacceptable. We also demand that Lowe's publicly issue an official apology to Danny and Jeremy!

Update: Please also discipline and train the employees who answer your phones. They are hanging up on people who are calling to make a complaint! We also now demand an apology due to further lack of customer service!
