The 18-year-old woman threw her newborn baby in a dumpster behind a mall in Hobbs, New Mexico went to court and they did not put her in jail they let her go under house arrest ! She said she was not guilty to the charges of attempted first degree murder and Child abuse to this new born ! She cannot leave her house unless she is going to school, a job, receiving medical or psychological counseling, or going to church if her family is also attending. She is not allowed to have or be on social media, she is not allowed to be around her child or any child under the age of 10. She is not allowed to have any male visitors at her home. No alcohol. No weapons. No leaving the town or the state. No contact with anyone who will testify, and she is required to wear an ankle monitor.

I think she should not have any freedom at all because what she did to this innocent baby boy was not okay and should know how it feels to be “thrown away” . Alexis now says she wants this baby boy if he’s okay … why would they give her any right to see him . The whole time she explains what she did she’s calling this baby “it” clearly he means nothing to her and what she did was on purpose and thought she would get away with it. We need to get our voices heard and get them to lock her up for a lifetime .
