The change would make ALL drivers under the influence of drugs or alcohol that are in a automobile accident responsible for all debt/bills/wages lost/funeral expenses/ pain and suffering ect. That their insurance does not cover! The bills should go on the name of the intoxicated driver not left on the people that are already suffering! The responsible party should be them whatever Is acquired due to the accident! They should also be required by the court to a breathalyzer test inside their vehicle!’

This is something I’m deeply passionate about! We lived through and are still living through what happens when An intoxicated gets behind the wheel and causes an accident and has No responsibility or has not been held accountable! This should be mandatory everywhere! Idk if this will actually make a difference but if you can help be try! So no other family/ person would have to go through this!!!
