Hello fellow parents and faculty members of the school board, we have a very unfit bus driver in the caddo parish school board named paula pipkins! She has been known to verbally and physically harm people's children. 

She has slammed on her breaks causing injury, threatened them by stopping the bus and making them roll up the windows saying y'all made me suffer, now I'm going to make you suffer, threatened to hit them with a switch by getting off of the bus and grabbing a switch from someone else's yard and bringing it on the bus, she takes off when the kids are not even seated causing injury, she yells and cusses at them and even gets in their faces,  yesterday a girl who had just injured her arm was injured by her taking off too fast without seated which resulted in her arm being dislocated� this lady had been doing this for years and she even hates kids and she had even tried to run my mom over. While being confronted on her actions y'all please consider replacing this driver for the safety of the kids. She is very unfit for the job.
