Louise Wallace needs to apologize

Louise Wallace needs to apologize
Why this petition matters

Louise Wallace, a public figure, went on the AM show to discuss how more younger new Zealanders are needing knee replacements.
She compeltly went on a tangent and became a complete bully to alot of women around the world. Stating that anything over above the size of 12-14 was not normal or healthy. She said "you can't have it both ways. You either advertise with people who have what I would see as 'a normal body' - maybe size 12 or 14. You put a size 18 in there and people think thats normal and healthy."
Louise implied that because people are body positive and inclusive of all shapes and sizes this day in age that it is not acceptable to be "normalizing" overweight people.
Mental health is at an all time low and the negative impact this can have on so many women is determental to our society that we have grown into this amazing place of body love and inclusivity to all shapes and sizes.
She then began talking about an add campaign from over sees, and quite literally used the term "fat women".
I am appaled and disgusted that she has not issued a formal apology as yet and she needs to be heald accountable for her words.
Women have heard this narrative for years and we all thought it was changing for the better but unfortunately we have people like this unraveling all of the good work EVERYONE else has put in over the years for body diversity.
She needs to apologize for "fat shaming" and body shaming women. And for any effect she might have had on people put there struggling with their mental health.
From one woman to another woman, she needs to learn and also do better.
