Emma Perez started this petition to Santa Clara District Attorney

The Community is demanding prosecution by the Santa Clara County District Attorney’s Office, for the staff members at Los Gatos School District, whom knowingly and willfully committed perjury, in order to get in front of the line, to receive the Covid19 vaccine. They violated the State rule going against the tier 1a level, that prohibits other members of the community to receive the Covid19 vaccine, if they do not meet tier 1a requirements.

Good Samaritan Hospital suggested for the above mentioned District, to falsify their statement on the healthcare questionnaire declaring to be healthcare workers, in order to “get ahead of the line” for vaccination.

LGSD raised funds during Pandemic to feed health care workers at Good Sam and El Camino Hospital and as a result, they were given favoritism for this supposed “good deed”. There were elderly people that went in to Good Samaritan that very same day of the alleged illegal vaccinations and were turned away because they did not have an appointment. Turned away, yet LGSD staff were coming in to get vaccinations, when it wasn’t even their turn on the tier 1a. I take this very personal because the elderly are important and many grandparents and parents died from this Pandemic. Some were turned away, some were days shy of getting vaccinated but didn’t qualify since they were under the age of 65.

To date, there have been 49,979 deaths in California, from this pandemic. For the teaching staff at Los Gatos School district to falsify statements to get ahead in the line, is a travesty and must be prosecuted and upheld by the law! These individuals are setting a bad example to the community and to the students of Los Gatos.

Vote for a CHANGE and vote for prosecution and further investigation into any other favoritism that Good Samaritan Hospital has conducted.
