In October of 1999, my uncle,Charles Braggs was found guilty of ex-felon in possession of a firearm and Marijuana for sell, he received 25 years- to- life for these offenses. The strike priors used were unconstitutional. Those priors are from a void plea agreement my uncle took at the age of 16 years old tried as an adult. He filed several petitions to various courts, organizations, and the attorneys that represented him. There has been no investigation into the breach of the plea agreement. Let's help overturn this victim of California's Three Strikes law sentence. 23 years incarcerated for a law that he's ineligible for.
