Virtual learning is not an ideal setting for many students but lower grades are especially suffering from this form of instruction. Two elementary schools in our district have been innovative and implemented small group instruction for lower elementary students. Not offering this service district wide is inequitable and unacceptable. I expected more from the best school district in the state.

I believe this could be a service offered for the next two weeks, until hybrid is set in place. And could be optional for families with lower elementary students whose parents are unable to get their students to the school for short periods of time.
