Me and my family have been seriously affected by a serial rapist who raped a 15 year old then a 19 year old and then me and threatened my eldest daughter and made it impossible for me to get away from him for a year.

He got 9 years and 3 probation so 6 years minimum sentence and its now into 7th year and he is up for parole.

Sentencing for serial offenders should be much higher and parole should not be an option at all.  If they get out women are not safe.

I need support to encourage the Government to look at sentencing and change the law so these serial rapists are locked up for life.

They steal and affect their survivors lives forever so the punishment should fit the crime.

We should be able to live in peace.
