Conservative Councillors are approving huge developments in Romford. This will result in major building works going on for decades. We are worried about the environmental and air quality impacts of demolition and the subsequent building of thousands of flats so close to our primary schools and parks.

We are demanding that air quality monitors are installed at all primary schools and parks in our ward and the air quality is reported to head teachers and local residents every three months so we can hold developers and the Council to account for the long term health impacts on our children.
