Recently I came across a news article where a five year old girl was raped by two minor boys aged 10 and 11 in Delhi.

I have been seeing a lot of news articles and hearing from others that a lot of girls irrespective of their age are being brutally raped. In the above incident where the minor boys were accused have been sent to juvenile correction home. I know that they are minors and they have a special exemption in getting away from that crime in an easy way. However a rape is a rape, let the accused be a minor or a major.

I request each and everyone sitting in Rajya Sabha and Lok Sabha to introduce a bill to take strict action against the accused in rape cases. When I say strict, it should be in such a way that a person with a thought of rape in his mind should have a fear of death in their heart!

Lets make our country a safer place for girls and women.
