Logan City Council Water Charging

Landlords with investment properties in the Logan City Council currently need to pay for the water consumption of tenants. The landlords then need to invoice the tenants to be reimbursed the water usage costs. We believe water usage should be charged to the user, the same way other utilities are charged. For example, when a tenant moves into a house the tenant must have electricity, telephone, gas and any other utility thy require connected. The utility company then bills and charges to user of the said utility, it is our view that water usage should be billed and charged in the same manor. That is water usage billed directly to the user.
