We want a skatepark in Locking village!

Locking Is a quiet village, with no youth club or adequate sports facilities. The skateboarding, scooting, blading, and biking community have nowhere to practice their sports without driving 20 minutes to the nearest skateparks in Winscombe or Cheddar, and many of the surfaces of our back gardens are unsuitable for rolling around on wheels.

Due to action sports becoming an ever-growing popular activity, It's the village's duty to promote and cater for physical activity to lure young people off of their Xboxs' and get outside.

All in all, the skatepark would be a great addition to the village, to support the young community, and the businesses around.
