Okay. Just found out that Lockheed Martin in Marietta, GA is denying employees paid time off for employees who are staying home if they have a family member that is high risk. My husband was home the past two weeks because they told him if they had family members in their home that were high risk to stay home. Fill out a bunch of paperwork only to be told no, we won’t pay you even though we told you to stay home. They’re having employees who have high blood pressure stay home paid but not those whose family members have severe risk of complications from COVID-19. I’m beyond pissed off and going to call the Atlanta news stations and let them make the public aware of how they’re treating employees and their families.

I am a retired LM employee and since a number of my friends still work there, keeping them healthy should be our priority !

Military industry is not essential work. What is essential is keeping workers safe.

It’s irresponsible to not protect your employees during this coronavirus pandemic. The risk to human life is just too high a price to pay!
