The design is not appropriate for the neighbor hood, and it's not affordable housing. Plus the CC just approved $100,000.00 towards the project, does this mean it's a go?

The proposed project is flawed, detrimental to what neighbors and the bulk of the people in Ithaca want (single/double houses, not apartment complexes where people are warehoused) for starts....

I think 3 stories should be the maximum. This would bring the building at least down to a more typical height, and would likely remove the necessity of a variance for parking.

I think that Ithaca Neighborhood housing does good work, but I think they should be sensitive to the needs and wishes of the neighborhood. A "neighborhood" implies good relationship with actual neighbors!!

The parking issue is already a problem. This will only make it worse. Too much too quickly will upset the balance in the neighborhood. That is a LOT of proposed units.

I don't believe this type of housing is the right solution to the needs of Ithaca.

I'm sick of all the development happening around here. It's out of character with what makes Ithaca such a wonderful place. First all the big box stores, then downtown, now the neighborhoods. It's destroying everything I loved about this area.

Too many units, and there must be a safe place for children to play. Don't try to make it like NYC, there is a reason people leave there to live here!
