Appealing against Bolsover District Council planning application reference 21/00044/OTHER - development at land to the rear of 42 - 66 Charnwood Crescent, Newton.

Appealing against the destruction of 6 Council garages and hard standing space for the purpose of 1 dwelling and potential other sites within the area.

We feel  as signatories that building on Council owned garage sites must include due regard to the health and well-being of the people it effects, must be at the majority consent of the garage tenants, with any build benefiting substantially more residents that it impairs and must not substantially diminish the quality of life of the garage tenants once displaced.

We the undersigned are concerned residents of Newton. We are opposed to the above planning application on the grounds of traffic congestion and road safety, air pollution and noise pollution.
