As residents of our community, we have a right—under Ontario law—to live and enjoy our properties in peace. We collectively request that the proprietor and employees of Grower’s World (1775 Danforth Ave, Toronto):

Respect and adhere to all City of Toronto Bylaws, specifically:

• Noise restrictions
• Use of fireworks
• Sidewalk and property maintenance
• Use of illegal substances on city property
• Littering and garbage disposal
• Adhere to and respect liquor and controlled substance sales and distribution laws and regulations, as set by the Alcohol Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO)
• Refrain from inappropriate, aggressive, harassing, or disrespectful language, gestures, and behaviour toward residents of our street and the broader community

As residents of this community—and citizens of this city and province—under provincial tort law we have the right to enjoy our properties in peace. We are formally requesting that City Councillor Brad Bradford (Ward 19, Beaches-East York) take concrete and immediate action as a conduit who coordinates and spurs action from various bodies—police, 311, AGCO, City of Toronto—to ensure that our reasonable requests are met.
