As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to rage with new emerging variants, it is imperative that the health of citizens become first priority. The holding of local Municipal corporation elections amidst this poses danger to the well being of the community. Election rallies, meetings and related gatherings as well as the election itself has the potential of becoming super spreaders and jeopardize the health of our community.
