Increase penalties on Police brutality cases and allow citizens to make an arrest on a police officer without consequence. Defunding police will not realistically work. I will take this to the county. I am tired of rioting and looting. It affected me personally and I am suffering for no reason from the riots. This will not stop killings but it will reduce them so low from where it is now. Yo can not stop these killings that is our generations future cops job to change tat. Tgis is the best we can do for now.
