Fort McMurray residents have been very patient with the local government for over a year now, but we have had enough. Albertans are born free and live by the charter of rights and freedoms. These freedoms were taken from us without a vote of the house. We have the freedom of assembly that was "cancelled" with the term no social gathering. While Walmart operates at capacity local businesses were shut down. Covid Hotels in Calgary detaining and holding travellers regardless of test result. The freedom of Mobility where every citizen of Canada has the right to enter, remain in and leave Canada has been stomped on. Everyone has the right not to be arbitrarily detained or imprisoned, well guess what happened when your stuck in a Covid hotel. Our local government must denounce the use of Covid camps in Alberta. It is a gross infringement of Albertans freedoms and tell tale sign of communism. Did the government not learn after they imprisoned the aboriginals or japanese?

Sign this petition in solidarity to the people who have been affected by this crisis, as Fort Mcmurray residents know we are a community of support. Please rise up and voice your opinion in debate. Peacefully protest and we will conquer all who try to take our freedoms. We must be diligent and not let anymore rights slip than we already have.

 Mr. Yurdiga, Residents of Fort Mcmurray are free and democratic people and we have the right to free and open debate. We must have our mobility rights and our freedom of assembly restored. We must be heard and listened to as you represent us at the house of commons. This must never happen again. Critical questions must be asked about Covid hotels and statistical analysis will be the true source of knowledge. Please enact legislation to protect the freedoms of Fort McMurray residents by denouncing and banning the use of total lockdowns in any emergency order.
