Due to low intake numbers and projections for the birth rate locally, Christ Church school is under consultation to close in July 2021.

There is strong feeing among the parents and pupils that would wish to remain and help make Christ Church rise again. 

Support and solutions are needed from the local community as well as the LEA instead of the pushing that is currently happening. 

There is also more support needed from further afield families to use the school to it’s full potential.
