Within these hard times, and an extended 6 weeks stage 4 lock down, i am requesting our local councils (Frankston) and many more although under pressure, take it into consideration of emptying our bins on more occasions rather than once a week. 

Families with multiple children, people working from home, people doing the correct thing and abiding by the law, are accumulating  more rubbish than ever before. I myself am struggling to make room for rubbish resulting in full bins within a few days and spending money on tip runs which cant happen now. I'm sure other families are dealing with the same and we need no more added stress. 

I am affraid   this is going to lead to further, dumping of rubbish within our communities and would be great to have support avoiding this. With so many active cases we don't need people potientally infected dumping rubbish within our areas. Please sign and thankyou.
