Problem is , People are easily capable of making a character that can reach outrageous feats that aren't combat- able to fight against , Or are no reasonable in any shape, way or form, 

So by signing this petition you are enforcing a role to be made that will ONLY oversee the production of abilities made in-game, Making sure they do not become to absurd, 

If you had the want to be able to go "Mach 1"  (650MPH+) then you wouldn't be allowed to have that with no reason, However if you just ask permission, It will be granted within reason for your oc having such fast speeds, Doing it this way willl prevent people who are only on the game to attack you with these unreadable attacks and abilities, So that it's a more even playing field and if you just want to story roleplay instead of combat- You can be on your merry way.
