This is the 21st. century, bon fires, and fire pits have always been a human tradition. We're not children and are very educated in the world of fast internet and technology. It is a human right that shouldn't be violated. We all agree that nobody wants to see homes and businesses destroyed because of fires. We citizens have a responsibility to keep the safety of performing the activity that we enjoy so as long as nobody comes in harms way. The cities have a nasty stink that we would like to drown out with wonderful smells of oak, pecan, cedar, pine, and to name a few. Families would love to sit together to enjoy a lovely enchanted evening of fire pits made of stone during Fall, Winter, and Spring. It allows us to come together more as a community. Lift these burn bans now. If you have conditions for us to follow as long as we can burn then please provide them.
