Dear Mr Robinson,
As a city centre resident I would just like to thank you for the changes made to Hanover street, by making this a bus only route you have created even congestion elsewhere within the city centre.
I use the route to take my son to St Vincent de Paul school and when we take the route before 9 there is no traffic or congestion but now thanks to you and your decisions Brownlow Hill is now gridlocked and my 5 minute car journey has now gone to 20-25 minutes. As a working mother of 2 young children this has made our hectic mornings even more rushed as to get my son to school on time now we have to leave before 8:30.
This decision has been taken with no consideration once again to city centre residents, the decision has just been made. It doesn’t personally effect you as I expect you live out of the city centre. I am disgusted in the treatment of the city centre residents by the Labour Councillors throughout the whole council. There is no concern of how your decisions impact our daily life.
