i think we’re jumping a little too fast for a walkout. usually a bunch of stuff has happened before that and these walk out is the last resort. things like sending letters to the superintendent or getting a group of students to talk to the principal or maybe even go into the board school and do a presentation and/ or we could write a letter to the butler eagle as well. there are a lot of different things we could do to raise awareness and then make the walk out the last thing so that it doesn’t seem so reactionary and really looks like we’ve put some thought into a strategy to be able to be heard because i think the administration might see the walkout as a reaction and not really listen to it first. we have to live like Nick and Hayden did. kindness is what they would want. caring for people. from what people have told me, nick and hayden would want us to raise awareness. thank you.
