Every semester when it is time for Lipscomb students to register for classes our system crashes and no one is able to register at the time slot given to them. Lipscomb switched over to this new system within the last few years and has refused to acknowledge the huge mistake they have made. Every single student I know has had registration issues. Every advisor I have spoken to agrees that this new system does not do what we need it to and makes the registration process harder for every single person involved. Registration needs to be reliable and consistent in order for students to graduate on time and enroll in the classes they need. We need to hold administration accountable for the mistake they have made and find a different system for Lipscomb to use going forward. By signing this petition you are letting administrators know that we deserve properly functioning resources and for our concerns to be heard. Hopefully we will be able to find a better registration solution for the university considering much larger schools register thousands of students without any of these campus wide issues we experience.
