As all of you know that water is a need not want we don't have water at lubhacweni Sidikidi no 2 ward 17 under umzimvubu municipality we did write letters to the our local municipality with no positive answer even in this pademic we still struggling to have water even our councillor Know this problem but he is doing nothing about it it's enough now
